There’s no need for costly referrals or expensive specialist appointments - just a quick online questionnaire to get started on your health journey.

We charge a small £19 fee for your initial consultation - but don’t worry, if you’re eligible and receive your first 30-day prescription, we’ll credit that £19 towards your medication.

In other words, your consultation ends up being completely free when you move forward with treatment! It's our way of making sure access to care stays simple and affordable.

There’s no upfront payment required for follow-up consultations - and as long as you attend your appointment, it will be completely free of charge. If you miss your appointment or cancel/reschedule within 24 hours, a £19 fee will apply. This helps us keep appointments available for other patients and ensures our clinicians’ time is respected.

We’ll always do our best to accommodate your schedule - just let us know in advance if you need to make any changes! We don’t believe in lock-in contracts. Our repeat prescriptions are opt-in, meaning you’re always in control of your treatment and can pause at any time.

You’ll also receive ongoing care at no additional cost - our team is always happy to speak with you about how your treatment is progressing, and we offer free access to our clinicians if you ever need advice or support during your care.
