About Sapphire

Our aim is to expand patient access to medical cannabis via the Sapphire Access Scheme. We support patients in a safe, responsive, reliable and effective way.

  • Our team have the greatest experience in prescribing cannabis-based medicines in the UK and we ensure patients are at the centre of all we do.
  • Our doctors are some of the most accomplished clinicians in the country who have additionally received specialist training in medical cannabis treatment.
  • Our patient testimonials and awards are a reflection of our commitment to provide a safe, compassionate, effective and high-quality service.
  • Our video consultations offer tailored advice from our specialist clinicians, direct to your home. We can walk you through your options and determine the medical cannabis care plan that’s best for you.

The Sapphire Access Scheme is open to patients eligible for treatment with medical cannabis as part of our standard treatment pathway. All appointments are priced at £50. We see patients with a wide variety of conditions and guide them through the entire process, making it as safe and straightforward as possible to access the treatment you need.

Information on Appointment Pricing

It costs £50 for an initial sign-up consultation at Sapphire as a new patient. Generally, most clinics will offer a free initial screening assessment; sometimes by online questionnaire, in other cases simply by calling and talking to a clinician about your specific condition(s).

Each consultation at this clinic costs £50, which is required for every change to your prescription medication, or every 3 months in general for check-ups after repeat prescriptions. Under current regulations, as a CBPM patient you must be assessed at least once every 3 months for the suitability of your medications for treating your particular condition(s).

This clinic offers completely free repeat prescriptions of your previously prescribed medication(s).
