About PCCA

With over 20 years’ experience, 40 years globally, our services are available to healthcare professionals and patients via our on-site pharmacy. We offer a comprehensive range of services including specials manufacture and supply, formulation and clinical support, specialist distribution and prescription services.

Our vision is to improve patient lives by bringing innovative approaches to solving health challenges.

Originally founded in 1999 as The Specials Laboratory, with over 20 years of industry experience. In 2014 we joined PCCA, building on the strength of our worldwide family we have over 40 years of experience globally. Our services are available to healthcare professionals and patients via our on-site pharmacy.

We’ve made it our business to support our customers at every step of the way.

At PCCA, supporting local charities resonates with us as a business. Our team members choose a charity each year to become PCCA’s Charity of the Year, hosting various fundraising activities. Over the years our team have supported and helped raise vital funds for charities close to their hearts.

We believe actions speak louder than words. That’s why our six Core Values and 28 PCCA Principles truly express how we live and work at PCCA.

  • Care deeply. For us, it’s more than a job. It’s personal. We care deeply about each other and about the people whose lives we help improve.
  • Serve always. We do what we say and say what we do. It’s all about going above and beyond to create those WOW moments for everyone we come in contact with.
  • Innovate everywhere. At PCCA, “good enough” never is. We are driven to find better, more effective ways to do what we do.
  • Empower each other. It’s more than collaboration and accountability. It’s a sense of being deeply inspired by our team members and invested in their success.
  • Deliver quality without compromise. It’s not enough to set high standards – we have to meet them. After all, lives depend on it.
  • Celebrate as a family. What we do helps improve people’s lives - and we get to have a lot of fun doing it.
