About Phoenix

The aim of our Cannabis Clinic is to offer this treatment option alongside psychiatric input and objective measures to provide you with the best care and treatment outcome possible.

Phoenix Mental Health Services has a Cannabis Clinic run by our specialist, Dr. Martine Stoffels.

Dr. Stoffels is able to make an expert assessment to evaluate if medical cannabis can help treat your condition. She will take into account your medical history, national guidelines and most importantly your needs. The aim of our Cannabis Clinic is to offer this treatment option alongside psychiatric input and objective measures to provide you with the best care and treatment outcome possible.

We offer personalised treatments for chronic and debilitating conditions including psychiatric conditions, chronic pain conditions and neurological conditions.

  • Initial appointments are up to an hour and include an in-depth psychiatric assessment and input by a specialist. There is also a discussion about other diagnoses, if appropriate.
  • All appointments and follow-ups are with a consultant, none are pharmacist-led.
  • We are very transparent about our costs; you know exactly what you are paying for.
  • If requested, and within the cost of your initial appointment, our consultant can write a letter to your GP detailing the outcomes of your appointment.
  • If requested, our consultant can write a letter to your place of work and for travel purposes.
  • We use objective measures to assess and monitor your symptoms throughout your time with us, so we can quantify improvements.
  • We offer you other treatment options, if more appropriate, or additional treatments alongside medicinal cannabis to encourage the best patient outcome.
